umm..i dint knw also really..i just liked it a lot..was colorful and vibrant and appeasin to look at..tats y put it up

It’s a colour palette of Madang, Papua New Guinea.Madang is a town in south pacific.It reflects the blend of nature , people and art forms of that place.
(means just like the palette used in painting having different shades it reflects the diversity of that place unified)
